Speaker Profile

Luke Mason is Acting Group Manager of State Facilities and Major Projects within Sport and Recreation Victoria, where he has worked for 7 years in both a state facilities and community access roles. Prior to SRV, Luke held positions with Cycling Victoria in venue operations and sports development. 

Ryan Czarnecki is Priority Projects Manager at Sport and Recreation Victoria and has held previous roles leading the delivery of the Victorian Cricket and Community Centre and as Team Leader of Recreation Planning at the City of Casey.

Ryan and Luke continue to be involved with the planning and delivery of some of Victoria’s major sporting projects including the Melbourne Park Redevelopment, Etihad Stadium Redevelopment and the Home Ground Advantage – Victorian Major Stadia Strategy. These projects are leading to the revitalisation of some of Melbourne’s key precincts and setting the direction for major sporting facilities in Victoria.
