Queanbeyan CBD Transformation
Queanbeyan is a regional city with a population of 41,000. As one of the fastest growing regional centers in NSW, Queanbeyan has been undergoing transformation to cater for the future population. The ongoing transformation is designed to facilitate inner city living and an increased accessibility for pedestrians, through cross connected green corridors throughout the CBD. Place Making has played an integral role in the activation of the CBD and river front park lands throughout the project. bringing the community back into the heart of the city. Place Managers have proved vital for the projects success, from concept design, through civil construction and after commissioning.
